Real Estate

Attorney Keeler has been a Licensed Pennsylvania Title Agent for over a decade and has handled over a thousand real estate transactions, both residential and commercial.  He formed Keeler Abstract LLC, a Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agency, to limit his number of clients in order to provided detail oriented and customer responsive/accessible title insurance services.  If you are a family purchasing a home, allow our family to help you achieve that dream.  If you are a company or investor looking to expand into real estate, contact us to see how we can help.

Purchasing or Refinancing Real Property

  • Purchasing or refinancing your home is exciting yet stressful.  Allow us to review or prepare your agreement of sale, obtain the title search and tax and sewer certifications, prepare and explain closing documents, represent you at the closing and act as escrow agent. We will address any legal issues that may arise throughout the process, and ultimately issue the title insurance policy guaranteeing your investment.  Title insurance offers financial protection against title problems that might not be found in public records, that are inadvertently missed in the title search process, or that may arise from fraud or forgery. This necessary service not only provides peace of mind to property owners but ensures that lenders are investing in a safe transaction. Keeler Abstract LLC is an agency of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, https://www.stewart.com/en.html, one of the largest global title insurance companies and underwriters in the industry.  While our agency’s size allows us to operate and communicate like a small, family business, our partnership with Stewart provides you with industry leading resources and protection!  Rest assured knowing that your transaction is reviewed by a team of title experts.

Selling Real Property

  • When selling property, you want someone representing your interests. In addition to preparing the deed on your behalf, we facilitate communications with the buyer’s attorney, review the closing documents for monetary errors, inconsistencies, and legal irregularities, and attend closing to deal with any legal and/or property issues which may arise at closing to ensure a smooth transaction.
