Estates & Probates

As a father of four, Attorney Keeler, understands the need to protect and plan for your family's future should something catastrophic happen to you or a loved one.  Attorney Keeler has drafted a variety of wills, guardianship appointments, financial powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, and living wills.

For individuals and couples post retirement, Attorney Keeler can meet with you to discuss the protection of your assets and prepare for your long-term goals and care.

Keeler Legal LLC probates a select number of Estates per year in order to provide families the individual attention they need.  Attorney Keeler can guide your family through the probate process, including marshalling of assets, assisting the personal representative in paying the creditors of the estate, filing the necessary documents with the courts, preparing and filing inheritance tax returns, and distributing assets to beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of the will or trust.
