Keeler Legal LLC is the law practice of Paul Keeler, Esquire and our objective is to provide personal, immediate counsel for all of your legal needs.  Our practice areas include, but are not limited to, the following: Real Estate, Estates/Probate, Corporate Support, Paymaster/Escrow Services, and specialized litigation.  Contact Attorney Keeler for a free, confidential consultation regarding your legal problem.  If he cannot represent you personally, he will give you his opinion and point you in the right direction.

Paul Keeler

Attorney and PA Title Agent 

Attorney Keeler is the son of James and Elaine Keeler and grew up in the Abingtons with his, brother, Jimmy, and sister, Ellen.  Pursuant to a Presidential Scholarship, he attended the University of Maryland, College Park where he graduated with Honors from the Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2000.  He then graduated in 2003 from Villanova Law School where he served on the Honor Board.  Upon graduation from Villanova, Attorney Keeler passed the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland Bar Exams.

 

Attorney Keeler served as a law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  Before starting his own practice, he was an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm in Baltimore, Maryland and an associate attorney at Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, P.C., Kingston, Pennsylvania.   He is a member of the Lackawanna County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

  • Member of the Red Mass Committee and the Interfaith Service Committee (Current Co-Chair)

  • Executive Board Member of the Young Lawyers Division, 2003-2005

  • Middle District of Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, 2007-2014

  • The Saint Thomas More Society of the Legal Profession, Diocese of Scranton, 2010-Present

  • Board of Directors Member and Coach for the Abington Little League

  • Trustee of the Abington Community Library, (2011-2021) and judge for youth debate program at the library, Served as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for the ACL from 2017-2018.

  • Board Member, League Commissioner and Coach of the Abington Youth Soccer League (2013-2019)

  • Parish Council Member (2011-2019), Lector, and Church Picnic Chair of the Kids Games, Our Lady of the Snows Church

  • Mass Coordinator for the St. Patrick’s Parade Committee of Lackawanna County

  • Member of the Scranton Preparatory School Alumni Board of Governors, 2003-2005

  • Volunteer at an orphanage in Mexico City, Summer 1995
